NOTE:  It is the Sponsor’s obligation to make sure that the application is complete by ensuring and confirming that all required documentation is timely and properly submitted.

If the COA feels the application has strong enough support that it should move forward, the Chair of the COA shall post notice to the general membership and invite comments to the COA regarding the candidate’s character and qualifications for a LGC.  This posting or notice to the membership shall be by way of the monthly billing statements or a special mailing.

After a two-week posting period all comments shall be reviewed and evaluated by the COA.  If the COA feels that there is strong support for the candidate, the COA shall recommend to the Board of Directors that the candidate shall be offered a LGC.
